What's the easiest or best way to string a sequence of images together to make a video clip?

check out whatever apps ans advice came bundled with the hardware, a simple solution may have been provided
any high res stuff probably needs semi pro tech to make it look good and render it so as it looks good on domestic tech

The hardware is just a camera. In fact this time it was the web-cam built into the laptop.

there are cameras and cameras, laptop button or ikigami multilens studio cameras are rather different not least in how much cpu/ram/graphics card is required to do anything with the images
