I don't know if anyone has ever seen Liziqi's YouTube channel?
She brings new meaning to the phrase "from scratch" and lives in the absolutely gorgeous mountain region of Sriracha Province, China. Every time I get a bit stressed at work, I pop one of her videos on.
I have been a bit inspired. I'm a bit scared of heading to the shops, so I've been trying to see what I can do with foraging, growing, making etc. Pretty proud of making yoghurt from powdered milk this week. I think Liziqi's version of that would involve raising the cow first - not that she has cows, just pigs, ducks, sheep and chickens from what I can see. Anyway, watch this it's gorgeous.
