tt suggested that many schools might be very happy to get a relatively modern machine for admin or classroom use, ditto any community groups who need to do admin etc
Allegedly (tis true) many schools have tech that is either older than most dogs and not fit for modern purpose or "new" and of such low specs as to be frustratingly useless with basic modern tasks/win OS
i did suggest linux would sort lots of that but "it has to be MS win, as that is what is used"
